Work preparation
What do we agree on before facade cleaning?
Facade material, condition, type of soiling and access determine the appropriate cleaning method. We review these before work starts.
Surface and soiling type
We identify the facade material, finish and any damage, and assess the extent of moss, soot, salts or other soiling. We carry out a trial clean where needed.
Access and work area
We agree suitable access equipment, water and electricity supply, and protection of windows, ventilation openings and landscaping.
Scope of work and aftercare
We define the surfaces to be cleaned and the expected result. We decide whether repairs are needed before cleaning or a protective treatment afterwards.
