How recruitment works
All candidates must pass a test day. During the day, your cleaning skills and attitude to work will be assessed.
Once the trial day is over, the supervisor will let you know if you’re ready to start. If you are selected, you will be offered a contract and start receiving the agreed salary.

How can I apply for a job as a cleaner at SPS Group?

Is previous cleaning experience necessary?
Previous experience is an advantage but not compulsory. Training and coaching will be provided during the on-the-job induction.
What is the job of a cleaner?
The work involves cleaning general areas, toilets, offices and other commercial premises according to an agreed schedule and cleaning plan.
What are the working hours?
Hours vary depending on the specific site – morning, day and evening shifts are available. We will take into account employee preferences where possible.
Will the work take place indoors or outdoors?
The work is mainly indoors (offices, public buildings), but there may be occasional outdoor work (e.g. cleaning entrances and stairs).
Does the SPS Group provide workwear and cleaning products?
Yes, all the cleaning materials and workwear needed for the job are provided by the employer.
How much do you earn as a cleaner?
Remuneration depends on the object and the workload. More information will be provided during the job interview.
Is it possible to work part-time?
Yes, we also offer part-time jobs – great for extra work or flexible working hours, for example.
What personal qualities are important when working as a cleaner?
Punctuality, conscientiousness, reliability and a sense of order are essential. Good physical stamina would also be an advantage.
How is an employment contract signed and how does the job start?
After a successful trial day, an employment contract is signed. Before you start work, we will organise an induction training and give you an introduction to the job.
